INGREDIENTS
2 large, ripe avocados
1 and 1/4 cup of sour cream
Bunch of cilantro
4 cups of vegetable or chicken stock
DIRECTIONS
Cut avocados into halves and peel.
Spoon avocados into food processor
Add 4 tbs. of sour cream
Process this mixture
Heat chicken stock in pan
Add rest of the sour cream and salt to taste
Bring to a simmering point and gradually mix in
the avocado mixture. DO NOT BRING TO A BOIL
Gradually heat until all the mixture has been
added.
Garnish with cilantro
