INGREDIENTS
1/4 onion ( chopped)
2 cloves of garlic ( crushed)
1 tsp. salt
1 tbs. of grated fresh ginger
1 tsp. of lemon rind
3 tsp. of each   ( Coriander, Cumin, and Garam Masala)
2 tbs. lemon juice
10 wooden skewers ( soaked in water at least for 30 mins. or overnight)
1 1/2 lb. of chicken thighs  ( boneless and cut into cubes)
1/3 cup of plain yogurt

DIRECTIONS
In a food processor, all ingredients above except the chicken and skewers should be blended
Skewer the cubed chicken and pour the mixture above onto the chicken and marinate for at least an hour or overnight

Cook skewers over a grill, barbeque, or hot skillet for 3 to 5 mins. on each side (chicken should be golden brown and cooked completely through)
