Serves 4 to 6

INGREDIENTS
4 cups of seasonal berries (raspberry, blueberry, strawberry, or cantaloupe)
1/2 lb. of plain low fat yogurt sugar to taste
3 tsp. of lemon juice
1/2 cup of whipping cream

DIRECTIONS
In blender or food processor, combine half of the fruit and half of the yogurt (sugar to taste)
Add in 2 tbs. of lemon juice and blend until smooth
Strain through large sieve (strainer) and store in refrigerator
Repeat with remaining yogurt, fruit, lemon juice and sugar to taste
Combine then all together BOTH batches and chill for 4 to 6 hours (or next day is fine)
Whip cream with sugar until soft "peaks" are formed
To serve, stir fruit soup into dessert bowls and top with whipped cream.
