3 tbs. un-toasted sesame oil
3/4 lb. pork tenderloin cut into strips
2 scallions diced
2 cups bean sprouts
1/4 lb. sugar snap peas trimmed
1/4 lb. broccoli florets
16 pieces of baby corn ( roughly 4 oz.)
2/3 cup vegetable stock
1 tsp. light soy sauce
black pepper to taste
1 red bell pepper seeded and sliced
1 tsp. arrow root

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet
Stir fry the pork on HIGH heat for 5 mins.
Pork should start to turn brown
Add all vegetables and continue to stir fry on high heat until vegetables start to become brown and begin to wilt
Blend arrow root with vegetable stock and tip the mixture into the pan stirring constantly to prevent having lumps
Once mixture thickens remove from heat and season with light soy sauce and black pepper
Serve with fresh rice noodles or plain boiled rice
