8 slices of Cinnamon Raisin Bread
3 tbs. raw sugar
1 cup chocolate sauce
1/4 cup non dairy margarine ( for spreading)
oil for greasing

Place roasting pan half filled with water in a 350 degree oven and preheat
Grease one quart baking dish or a 9 x 13 inch pan with oil
Spread slices of cinnamon raisin bread with margarine and cut into triangles
Arrange in the prepared dish, margarine side up, and press the loaf down gently
Leave to stand for 15 mins.

Sprinkle the pudding with sugar and place the dish into the pan containing the hot water
Bake for 25 mins. or until the sauce just "sets".
