2 oz. plain (dark) chocolate
1 to 2 tbs. dark rum
1 cinnamon stick
5 fl. oz. of freshly made black coffee sugar to taste
2 tbs. of whipping cream

Grate chocolate in a small pan (reserving 1 tsp. to top off brew)
Add rum and cinnamon stick heat gently and stir occasionally
Add coffee
Discard cinnamon stick
Add sugar to taste and stir until sugar dissolves
Pour into heat proof mug or glass top with cream and remaining chocolate
Serve HOT!
