INGREDIENTS
Half a cucumber
4 small wheat tortillas
1 medium sized crab stick
bean sprouts for crispiness (to taste)
Shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese
4 tbs. of soy sauce (brown sugar can be added for
sweetness)
DIRECTIONS
Cut cucumber into wedges
Take crab stick and divide into 4 pieces (can be achieved
by cutting, slicing, or peeling apart)
Heat tortillas in a pan on low heat until slight brown
color is achieved on both sides
Spread tortilla with soy sauce and add cucumber, sprouts,
cheese, and crab meat
Roll and immediately serve
