crunchy fennel salad prep time: 10 min

3 large fennel bulbs
1/2 tsp. of Kosher salt parmesan cheese
2 lemons (juice will be used to squeeze over ingredients)
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 clove of garlic minced

Cut bulbs of fennel using only the white part and slice thinly
Sprinkle salt, cracked pepper and combine ingredients
Mix thoroughly
