INGREDIENTS
1 Jar of grape leaves in brine
3 cups cooked  rice
2 cups of cooked  lentil
2 onions  chopped and sauteed
1 tbs of each : chopped  mint, cilantro and parsley

DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven  350 F
Remove the leaves from the jar and cut the stems off the leaves .Mix all ingredients in bowl
Scoop the mix into the leaves. You can roll them folding the sides into roll or fold like an envelope, fold side down. Lay layer or rolls into Pyrex baking dish. Take instant chicken soup mix with boiling water and pour into dish, enough to just barely cover 1/4 of the thickness of the roll. The Pyrex bowl can then be placed in the oven, covered, for 25 to 30 mins.
 *  For the dressing: Take plain yogurt and  chopped garlic to your taste, and add a kosher salt mix.Pour over hot steaming grape leaves .
