INGREDIENTS
( Ingredients for seasoning that should be prepared one day in advance along with the meat for marinating )
2 tsp. cajun seasoning
2 tbs. dijon mustard
1/4 cup honey
5 tbs. orange juice

DIRECTIONS
Bone-in chicken breast ( serves 8 )

Make holes in chicken with a fork to allow for complete marinade

In a 375 degree oven for 45-55 mins. the marinated chicken breasts should be cooked
On the grill, over medium heat, can be cooked 10-14 mins. per side
