matza spinach pie prep time: 15 min

1 pkg. of frozen spinach (defrosted and chopped into small pieces) (drain excess water)
4 eggs lightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
6 oz. chopped nuts
10 oz. box of Matza

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease baking pan (9 x 13)
In large add spinach, beaten eggs, salt, and some of the nuts. (some should be kept in reserve for topping)
Soak Matza until pliable and drain
Line prepared pan with half of Matza and 1 layer of spinach mixture.
Add another half of Matza and repeat layering until finished.
Add last of nuts as topping and cover to bake
Bake for 1 hour.
10 mins. before the end of time, uncover.
