INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup light or regular sour cream (may substitute with tofutti sour cream)
1 tsp. fresh snipped mint
1 lb. ground raw turkey (or chicken)
3 tbs. chopped raisins
2 tbs. chopped almonds (slivered)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
1/4 tsp. ground coriander
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
4 sesame hamburger buns (split and toasted)


DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl combine sour cream and mint and refrigerate till ready to serve
In medium bowl combine meat, raisins, almonds, and all dry spices (mix well)
Form into 4 3/4" patties
Place on unheated broiler rack or pan and broil 4-5 " from the heat for 10-12 mins. (meat should no longer be pink - turning once)
Serve on sesame toasted buns and top with sour cream mixture.
