mushroom salad with parmesan cheese prep time: 10 min

3/4 lb. of white button mushrooms
1/4 teaspoon of Kosher salt
2 lemons (juice will be used to squeeze over ingredients)
6 tbs. olive oil
4 oz. parmesan cheese
1 tsp. of fresh thyme leaves

Clean mushrooms thoroughly and slice into paper thin slices
Add to a bowl
Combine remaining ingredients and serve
