INGREDIENTS 1 cup of sour cream
2 lbs. of mixed mushrooms
2 tbs. of butter
1 1/2 cups of white wine sauce
DIRECTIONS Melt butter in pan and add mushrooms in small batches
Bring them to a brown color and transfer to a large mixing
bowl
Add white wine sauce to the remaining juices left in the
pan from the mushrooms and remaining liquid from the
mixing bowl
Heat for just a few seconds until juices start to simmer
REMOVE from heat and stir in sour cream, cooked mushrooms
that have been seasoned with salt and black pepper
Can be served with Pasta, Rice, or Potatoes
* WHITE WINE SAUCE
To achieve this sauce
1 1/4 cup of white wine ( Muscato - Bartendura or Galil
preferred)
1 tbs. of butter
1/2 oz. of flour
freshly grated nutmeg
