INGREDIENTS
2 tbs. butter
2 lbs. of mixed mushrooms  cut into bite-sized pieces
1 1/2 cup white wine sauce
1 cup of sour cream

DIRECTIONS
Melt butter in a heavy sauce pan and add mushrooms in batches over high heat until brown
Transfer mushrooms to a separate bowl after each batch is cooked
Add sauce to the remaining juices in the pan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly

Reduce heat and replace mushrooms with juices from the bowl
Stir well over medium heat and remove
Stir in sour cream with cooked mushroom mixture
Season with salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

Heat through gently for just a few seconds
