pork with olive sauce in white wine prep time: 30 min

6 black olives
1 tsp. olive oil
4 tbs. water
4 tbs. dry white wine
1/4 tsp. dry oregano
1/4 tsp. dry thyme
2 tsp. lemon juice
Montreal Steak Seasoning ( to taste)
1 boneless pork steak

Sprinkle oil over pork steak and rub herbs and Montreal Seasoning all over the meat
Heat skillet and brown the pork steak quickly over high heat ( turning once)
Pour liquids into the skillet and bring to a boil
Then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for approximately 15 mins.
Add olives and continue to simmer for 5 mins.

Great served with rice
