shrimp with lemon dill butter pasta prep time: 15 min
cook time: 60 min

3/4 lb. of pasta* 
1 cup unsalted butter  ( roughly 2 sticks)
1 lb. cooked shrimp
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh dill
3 tbs. lemon juice ( or lime juice will work)
salt to taste
white pepper to taste

Cook pasta according to cooking directions
Just a few minutes before pasta is finished, melt butter in a large skillet over medium low heat
Add shrimp and cook until heated ( a couple of minutes)
Stir in lemon juice and dill and season to taste with salt and pepper
After pasta is finished, drain and toss in sauce
Serve while hot

*  linguine, small shells, or angel hair pasta seem to work best
