INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS
Start out by taking any kind of white sliced bread that will be used to make the basket and cut the sides of the bread ( the crust) so that only the white part is remaining
Each slice of bread should be then placed between plastic wrap and rolled out with a rolling pin to achieve a very thin slice
Take a muffin pan and insert into each slot one slice of the flattened bread
Place in an oven on 400 degrees for 3 to 5 mins. to achieve a golden color of the bread.
Take 1 cup of sour cream and add one clove of garlic crushed and dill
Fill the muffin bread cup with smoked salmon and add on top the sour cream mixure. Spread on top of the sour cream mixture either red caviar OR all BLACK caviar.
