INGREDIENTS
2 oz. walnuts (chopped)
3 1/2 oz. sugar
4 oz. butter or margarine (room temperature)
2 eggs
5 oz. molasses
1/4 tsp. ground All Spice
1/4 tsp. of ground cloves
1/4 tsp. of ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. of ground cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
3 3/4 oz. baking flour
7 1/2 oz. raisins

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line 9 x 13 baking dish with greased paper
Sift together flour, baking powder, and spices
Place raisins in a separate bowl and toss with a few tablespoons of flour mixture
With an electric mixer, cream the butter or margarine with sugar together until fluffy
Beat eggs one at a time and add molasses
Stir flour mixture, raisins, and walnuts
Spread evenly in the pan and bake for approx. 16 to 18 mins.
Let cool and cut into individual bars.
