2 cups non- fat yogurt
1 pint strawberries sliced
6 tbs spoons of honey
1/2 cup toasted almonds
Line a strainer with cheese cloth or a paper towel will work as well. Pour the yogurt into the strainer and leave for 1 hour or overnight to strain the liquid from the yogurt.
Divide the sliced strawberries evenly to 6 parfait cups
Top with strained yogurt
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with the toasted almonds.
