INGREDIENTS
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
4 tbs. mayonnaise
Lawry's chicken seasoning salt to taste
1 tsp. of Montreal Chicken Seasoning with NO salt
8 thin pieces of cilantro (finely chopped)
12 stalks of tarragon (leaves should be removed from the
stalks and finely chopped)
2 tbs. of lemon juice
2 tbs. of olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Take chicken and wash and dry
In a bowl mix all ingredients together and "rub" chicken
with mixture
Place in baking dish
Cover and bake in a 350 degree for 30-35 mins.
Uncover and continue to bake for an additional 8-12 mins.
Chicken should NOT be pink
* Can be served with wild rice or any kind of potatoes
